Wintergreen Essential Oil inhaled will open the breathing passages, sinuses while it stimulates the mind. As an antispasmodic it relaxes and soothes muscle spasms and cramps. It is great in massage oils. Because this oil is so stimulating to the skin, it needs a carrier and never apply wintergreen to the skin.

Plant Description: An evergreen herb growing up to 6in. high with slender creeping stems producing leathery leaves, white flowers, and red berries.
