Red Thyme is often found in lice formulas for shampoo and hair rinses. For people with a slow digestive system, it can help to stimulate it, and will help with fatigue, memory, lethargic and depressed conditions. It is not to be used internally but can be used in gargles for sore throats and dental prevention and cooking to replace the dried seasoning.
