Cumin Seed Essential Oil can be used in place of cumin spice in cooking. Call Amy here at Gritman and she will share some of her recipes. It flavors many meat and rice dishes as well as salad dressings. There are two chemotypes of Cumin, the first is cuminal-terpinene, the second is paracymene. The Cumin listed here is the cuminal.
