For Mediation as well as Meditation
Time and again the positive potential of using essential oils therapeutically as a free radical scavenger far outweighs supplementation. The diverse use of each essential oil offers a wide range of healing properties on multidimensional levels to allow for a complete, holistic, treatment thus allowing optimal results.
More simply put, if essential oils were to be included in a person’s daily routine they could expect improvement in most aspects of their lives. Properly selected blends have the ability to augment mainstream medicines or even prevent many illnesses. This includes mental as well as spiritual wellness.
Even in matters of negotiation, mediation and counseling they can have a huge impact on smoothing ruffled feathers and easing compromise as well as encourage communications. This is probably not something many lawyers may want to pursue, but those in true pursuit of bettering their own lives and those of others while encouraging open communication; essential oils are a viable means to an end. It may not be considered conventional, but certainly is wise.
It is unfortunate that the suggestion of using essential oils for all of these purposes falls mostly on deaf ears and those willing to expand their knowledge and pursue these avenues are usually convinced the success is merely coincidental.
Great examples of essential oils suited for these purposes, even for the novice, are Geranium, Litsea Cubeba combined with one more key essential oil selected for the varied needs of those most involved. Considering there are hundreds of essential oils, this leaves a huge range of potentials.
Keep in mind a simple blend for these types of use usually consist of no more than three to four
oils.
True professionals in any of these fields would do well to take council with a professional, certified aromatherapist to ensure success.
Not only could illness be diverted in the office place, but negotiations streamlined as well. TRUE STORY!
Until next Thyme,
abundant blessings to all.

Hello, Thanks for asking!
Much can be said for essential oils potential on our face. I think first you must determine which skin type you are before selecting your final group of essential oils. I have had good response to German Chamomile, Blue Cypress and Parsley in a boosted Helichrysum maceration. If you are looking to have a drying oil as a carrier, the Hazelnut is a good choice. However, if you have a combination skin, you may want to go with a more generalized one, such as Fractionated Coconut oil. This combination of blue oils will be a more gentle approach. A touch of Geranium will help to balance your system too. Save the Thymes for different areas of the body. Perhaps a lovely Rosalina is in order if you have a propensity to breakouts! Think too of a Rose maceration mixed with the Helichrysum. As we age, Rose is a safe, reliable standby with lovely attributes, and can even stand on its own later.
Think of the less is more rule for the face, perhaps you will see the quickest improvement this way.
Nothing will be overnight and you will need to be consistant. To overdry your skin on your face whether by washing, toning or selection of essential oils will all in the end make a great difference.
I would also vary the oil combination to be used during the day from the one used at night.
Perhaps reviewing lifestyle and slowly implementing upgrades in diet and sleep will be helpful as well.
I hope this is helpful as a beginning. Most importantly, determine your skin type and be gentle and kind to your face and neck.
Abundant Blessings!
