Physical Properties: Antispasmodic, relieve muscular aches and pains
Emotional and Spiritual Properties: Can feel as if you are not in control in your emotions or feelings. One day you are feeling sad and the next day you find yourself so angry. Hoja Santa will help you get into balance with your feelings. Can indicate that you have suppressed tears and sadness. You may find that will get angry as the tears surface. You have the right to be angry and to be sad. Once you are ware of what your feelings are and stop repressing them, you will begin to find your balance.
Applications: There is a wonderful sassafras scent with this maceration. It can bring out angry and sad feelings so you may not want to use it spa products. Massage oil and bath therapy are possibly the best use of this maceration.
