HISTORY INFORMATION: In Australia and New Zealand, native animals are found sleeping under this bush as it gives relief from ticks and other parasites. This is how it get its name - tick bush.
GENERAL INFORMATION: A pleasant scented oil with clean fresh invigorating undertones. It is especially noted for severe skin conditions. Studies have been conducted in Australia that found Kunzea to be a very strong antibacterial especially against staphytococcus aureus.
DESCRIPTION OF PLANT: Evergreen erect straggly shrubs growing to 2-4 m high. Leaves are narrow with white flowers blooming in the Spring. The plant prefers sunny, dry spots.
