Amy currently takes orders and processes them as second in charge at Gritman. She is also the webmaster for the Gritman site. Amy is gifted intuitively and has a talent for working with the oils. She has a thriving private practice , Athena's Intuitive Essential Oil Therapy for the past four years. She helps people connect with the oils and heal energetically. Amy is a power house of energy and knows how to get the job done. She is easily accessible by calling the Gritman line.

Amy has taught cooking classes at Central Market (similar to Whole Foods) using essential oils and has developed a line of products for a veterinary clinic in Houston. In the spring 2004, Amy began teaching at Leisure Learning in Houston about the health benefits of the essential oils and a perfumery class.
